My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order dispatches, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with a live tracking link from our courier partner (PostEx). You can click that link anytime to monitor your parcel's real-time status. If your delivery exceeds 5 business days, please message us directly on WhatsApp with your Order ID for immediate assistance.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries are processed Monday through Saturday during standard business hours. Courier partners generally suspend operations on Sundays and national public holidays in Pakistan, so deliveries scheduled on those days will resume on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postal code / city?

Yes, we provide nationwide shipping across all major cities, towns, and regions in Pakistan. Whether you are located in a major metro area or a remote town, our courier network ensures reliable doorstep delivery.

Is same-day or next-day delivery available?

Next-day delivery is available for orders placed within Lahore. For orders outside Lahore (such as Karachi, Islamabad, or Faisalabad), standard shipping takes 2 to 4 business days.

Do I need to be present to receive and pay for the delivery?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, someone must be present at the provided shipping address to make the cash payment to the courier rider upon package handoff. If you are unavailable, an authorized family member or representative can accept and pay for the delivery on your behalf.
